This section is devoted to Academic Lectures, Corporate Training, and Research in the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). I will be posting descriptions of the courses I've taught in this field, as well as the lectures that I've tailored to corporations seeking to incorporate the ROI aspects of Web Usability in eCommerce applications and the Internet in general. Similar treatment will be accorded the use of HCI principles in corporate intranets.
